Throughout Deja’s life, her drive passion, and love for family, friends, & competition have defined her success on and off the volleyball court. Now, she is ready to take on the next challenge of bringing her experiences & skills on the court to the next generation of girls/young women in Las Vegas and beyond! The dream of Top Flight Volleyball Academy is now a reality and she’s ready to take flight!
Ari Paez
Director of Operations
For his entire life, Ari Paez has played and coached competitively in soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis and racquetball. He has worked in all facets of competitive sports management from coaching to administration. He is excited to bring his vast experience in youth athletics to Top Flight Volleyball Academy! Ari is excited to start this new venture in Las Vegas with Deja Harris at Top Flight Volleyball Academy!

Meet the Top Flight Coaching Team
Alycia Wodke
Coach
Alycia began her collegiate volleyball career at the College of Southern Idaho, where she played a key role in leading her team to an NJCAA National Championship. Her standout performance earned her NJCAA and AVCA First Team All-American honors, along with Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference recognition. She later continued her career at the University of Idaho, where she set the single-season digs record, earned Newcomer of the Year as a junior, and was named Libero of the Year as a senior. Alycia then went on to compete as part of the No. 1 pair for the University of Portland’s beach volleyball team, helping lead the program to a successful winning season.
Antonio Boucher
Coach
Antonio Boucher brings extensive experience and leadership to the game, with a background that includes playing professionally for the Las Vegas Ramblers and serving as a collegiate coach for five years. Since 2011, he has built a strong reputation as a distinguished young clinician, sharing his knowledge and passion for the sport with developing athletes. With 16 years of experience across indoor, beach, and grass volleyball, Antonio offers a well-rounded and seasoned perspective to the 2025–2026 Boys 18 National Black season.

Tori Hutchinson had an outstanding collegiate volleyball career at Evangel University, where she built an impressive record of achievement both statistically and through postseason honors. A four-time First Team All-Conference selection, Tori finished her career with 1,255 digs and 1,387 kills, showcasing her all-around impact on the court. She also earned AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention recognition and was named a two-time All-American Honorable Mention. Her accomplishments reflect a high level of consistency, competitiveness, and excellence throughout her time at the NAIA level.

Woven throughout his diverse and distinguished career as a Flight Test Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert for the US Air Force, a licensed Realtor in Las Vegas and website developer, is Mike Jepson’s creativity and technological expertise. He has parlayed these characteristics and a passion for helping individuals and businesses to navigate a complex virtual world, into a thriving website start-up business, XWeb Pros.
Mike continues to put all his talents to work 24-7 as Director of a Flight Test Data Center for the Air Force, a Real Estate Consultant throughout the Las Vegas Valley AND producing high-quality, fully functional websites for a variety of XWeb Pros clients. He specializes in WordPress, HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and various video editing programs.
He currently lives in North Las Vegas with his wife of 25 years, Mari and two daughters, Samantha (23) and Emily (21).
