Preparation Window – Begins July 14th, 2025 : Sessions are July 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, and 25.
Verbal offers will be made to any athlete beginning July 14th.

Tryout Date is July 26th, 2025. Acceptance Day July 27th, 2025 (Signing Day)

 

When are Preparations?

Preparations will begin Monday July 14th ,2025. Verbal offers will be made starting on this day for the ’25-’26 club season and will continue through July 27th (Offer and Acceptance Day).

 

What can you expect?

Starting the week of July 14th, we will begin building rosters for the ’25-’26 club season. Verbal offers will be made, plan on attending every session for your age group. If you are not going to be there for one of the sessions, but still want to be considered, communication with Topflight staff as soon as possible is very important. We will have sessions throughout the two weeks leading up to tryouts to fill all roster spots.

 

How to make a TOPFLIGHT Team

Attend all July preparation sessions that pertain to your age group.

Register online for evaluation clinics and make sure all information is entered correctly.

Be present at the 1st assigned preparation session for your age group. If you are not going to be there for one of the sessions but still want to be considered, communication with the Topflight staff as soon as possible is essential.

 

What happens if you have received a verbal offer for a spot at Topflight

Make sure the coach that has verbally offered you a spot knows if you accept or decline the offer. Be very clear of your intentions to ensure that spot is reserved for you.

If a verbal offer was ACCEPTED, Topflight will NOT retract that offer. We will honor our commitment to you and ask that you do the same.

Make sure you have coaches contact information and they have yours.

 

What happens after you accept a verbal offer?

The below information is for players that are verbally offered a position on a Topflight team during the “Evaluation Window” beginning July 14th, 2025 through July 27th , 2025. You will still be required to attend the tryout session on July 26th.

Acceptance (Signing) Day: Sunday, July 27th, 2025 for all U15-U18 age groups. Please note this will be an in person signing day, but if you need due to traveling, it can all be done online. There are a few things we need everyone to do prior to the official Acceptance (Signing) Day. The Southern California Volleyball Association of USA Volleyball is the governing body for Club Volleyball in the Las Vegas area. The SCVA is using an online commitment letter to help communicate and track offers and acceptance for club teams. The system is important to help enforce the recruiting policies for the families and clubs.

 

PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE DAY:

Communicate to Topflight coaches that you accept the offer and your daughter is 100% in for the team offered.

Make sure the coach that has verbally offered you a spot, knows if you accept the offer. Be very clear of your intentions to ensure that spot is reserved for you.

ON ACCEPTANCE DAY (July 27th, 2025):

We will have a signing day at the Its All Volleyball facility. Time TBD. In the morning of the 27th, you will go online and sign the letter of commitment to be a part of the Top Flight family!!
